    RETURNS POLICY


    We hope you will love your K-ONO purchase, but if you are unhappy with our products for any reason (unless they are sale items) they can be returned for exchange or refund provided that the following guidelines are observed.


    1. The K-ONO Customer may return the products purchased by means of a notice in the following situations:

    • The packages show severe damage .
    • The Customer received a wrong sized products, other than the ordered ones .
    • The products have been delivered incorrectly .
    • The products have manufacturing flaws .

    2. The Customer has the right to notify K-ONO by writing about cancelling the purchase without penalty and without having a reason within 14 working days of receiving the product.

    In accordance with article 7, paragraph 1 of OG130 / 2000, the Customer has the right to discard the ordered product, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product without penalties and without having a reason. In this case, return of products will be supported, according to the law, on the Customer’s charge.

    Contact us for authorisation of the return within 14 working days through e-mail office@k-ono.com, quoting your order number, or call our customer service team on +40 721541277.

    The Customer who has notified K-ONO must be responsabile for ensuring that the products are returned in maximum 14 working days to the address from the invoice, otherwise K-ONO will consider the claim unfounded / invalid and may refuse the return.

    If the products are returned, the refund will be made in 14 working days. The method of refund will be made in a bank account mentioned by the Customer through e-mail to the following address : office@k-ono.com.

    For clarification, if the Customer notifies the intention of returning the products – causing K-ONO to refund the Customer’s purchase in 14 working days,  the term will become due from the moment K-ONO receives the returned products, and not from the day the Customer notifies K-ONO about the returning intention.


    3.The returned K-ONO products:

    • Should be returned unworn and packaged as in the original order with all the tags in place, folded and wrapped in the original tissue paper and inside the original box.

    4.K-ONO may refuse products returned by its Customers if the return coincides within the following cases :

    • In case of replacing the purchased product with another product.
    • If the intention of return exceeds the deadline of 14 working days.
    • If the returned product is not sent in the same conditions as in the original delivery.
    • If the returned products are sent to K-ONO with repayment option. Any returned package sent under repayment proceeding will be refused. That means will come back to you, needing to pay the return rate as well.

    *Please note that all sales items are final. No exchange or refund will be offered against sale purchase.

    ** We don’t receive any returns sent through Romanian Office Post. Please sent the returns through Curier Companies.


    5.In case of replacing the products, the replacement will be made in terms of a new order.
